CHARRED ROMAIN SALAD with BLACK TRUFFLE RANCH

Who said I can not cook my salad?

Ingredients

  • Trufflin Ranch Dressing
  • 2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
  • Shaved Black Truffles
  • Fresh cracked Pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • croutons
  • Shaved parmesan

 

Instructions

  1. Split the romaine lettuce heads lengthwise, wash and let dry thoroughly.
  2. Heat on each side for 2 minutes in a dry medium hot pan or BBQ until just slightly charred.
  3. Serve on a plate with Trufflin ranch, shaved truffles, red onion, croutons and parmesan cheese.
  4. Add black pepper to taste.
