Who said I can not cook my salad?
- Trufflin Ranch Dressing
- 2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
- Shaved Black Truffles
- Fresh cracked Pepper
- 1 red onion
- Shaved parmesan
- Split the romaine lettuce heads lengthwise, wash and let dry thoroughly.
- Heat on each side for 2 minutes in a dry medium hot pan or BBQ until just slightly charred.
- Serve on a plate with Trufflin ranch, shaved truffles, red onion, croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Add black pepper to taste.
