  • Trufflin Black Truffle Salt
  • Finely Grated Truffles
  • 1/2 cup of popcorn
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 - 6 strips Baked Crispy Bacon
  • Butter or Extra light olive oil optional



Air-pop if possible approximately 1/2 cup of popcorn and divide into two large mixing bowls.

Sweet Salted Truffle Caramel Popcorn

  1. Using a small sauce pan, heat 1/3 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar over medium high heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar and water combine.
  3. Leave on the heat untouched until you reach your desired color and thickness.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon black truffle salt to the caramel sauce.
  5. In the large mixing bowl poor the caramel on the popcorn while still warm or let cool and toss in the hard pieces.
  6. Drizzle some butter or extra light olive oil.
  7. Serve in a bowl or individual cups.

Savory Black Truffle and Bacon Popcorn

  1. In the large mixing bowl toss the popcorn, shaved truffles, crispy bacon pieces and a drizzle of butter or oil.
  2. Serve in a bowl or individual cups.
  3. Finely grate black truffles on top.
