Fresh truffles ship Mondays-Thursdays only and are delivered Tuesdays through Fridays. Please allow 1 to 2 business day to process your order, "Overnight Shipping" refers to the time spent in transit. We typically ship orders very fast, but our processing time can vary depending on harvesting, high demands around holidays and fresh arrivals.

Place your order within a week of the desired delivery date as market price can fluctuate weekly. Trufflin does not refund on the sole basis of a delay in transit, only on verified quality concerns (see return policy.) We package our fresh orders to anticipate shipping delays. Report any quality concern within 24 hours upon receipt for a valid claim.

This famous truffle is in season twice a year: From December to March in France and from June to August in Australia. We get them from both countries as they are one of the most popular truffles in the world.

Delivery

You will receive your truffles within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. We ship this item overnight Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday deliveries. Overnight shipping refers to the time the item spends in transit, it doesn’t mean your order will be processed the day of purchasing. We aim to be as fast as possible, but with covid19 delays due to fewer international flights, our fresh truffle stock can take a bit longer than usual to be received at our warehouse. You will get a shipping notification the day before your delivery. Make sure you are home to receive and refrigerate the package.

If you need the product to use for a particular event, we highly recommend to plan on having it delivered at least one the day before, in anticipation of any possible Fedex delays that are out of our control. Trufflin is not responsible for a 24 hour Fedex delay in delivery.

Make sure you are home to receive your fresh truffles as they need to be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Please indicate your desired delivery date in the note section before checking out, or email us immediately upon purchase at info@trufflinnyc.com with your order confirmation number.

Fresh truffles cannot be delivered on Mondays as no shipping services offer express shipping over the weekend, and the item is too time-sensitive to stay in transit the entire weekend.

Saturday deliveries can be requested if you email info@trufflinnyc.com. We will do our best to accommodate you based on the product's availability and the shipping services’ ability to deliver to your area on Saturdays. Please note that Saturday deliveries are subject to an upcharge, as the $20 overnight flat fee is only for weekdays deliveries.

We recommend placing your fresh truffle order between 5-3 business days before the day you wish to use the product. We do not recommend ordering fresh truffles more ahead of time as pricing and availability may vary weekly and we may not be able to honor orders from one week to the next due to market prices constantly changing (especially during the holidays.)

If you need to delay your delivery, please email us immediately upon placing your delivery at info@trufflinnyc.com with your order confirmation number and desired delivery date.
