Fresh truffles ship on week days only and are delivered Tuesdays through Fridays. Please allow 2 business day to process your order during the holiday rush, overnight shipping refers to the time spent in transit. We typically ship orders very fast, but our processing time can vary depending on harvesting and daily fresh arrivals. 

Place your order within a week of the desired delivery date as market price fluctuate weekly. Trufflin does not refund on the sole base of a delay in transit, only on verified quality concerns (see return policy.) We package our fresh orders to anticipate shipping delays.

Each caviar order placed before 12 PM EST from Monday-Thursday will be processed as Next Day shipping. For Saturday delivery, please process your order before 12 PM EST and select the Saturday delivery option. Orders placed after 12 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.. Any fresh product order will be shipped overnight, expect to receive the product next day or next business day and refrigerate upon receipt.
