Please be aware that our shipping time is currently subject to delays due to covid19 and the holiday season. The below estimations are what we are committed to offer our customers but please do keep in mind exceptions may occur during this time: 

Perishable Items (Fresh Truffles & Caviar only): 

All packages are overnighted from our warehouse to guarantee freshness. However please allow a 2 business day period for processing time on your order. If you need the item by a certain date, please reach out to support@trufflinnyc.com prior or immediately upon placing your order (you can also leave a note at checkout.)

Non-Perishable Items (all other products including Ranch): 

Please allow a 2 business day period for processing time. Once processed, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. 

 

 

Weekends & Holidays

All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. No orders will be shipped on the below holidays and the 24 hours preceding them: 

New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
