To ensure timely delivery, it is best to order 3 business days before the desired holiday.
If delivery isn't possible by that date, your order will arrive 2–3 business days later.
Leave a note at checkout with desired date and alternative (e.g., "Need by Christmas Eve; otherwise, ship for delivery on Friday, Dec 27" or "Need by the 31st, otherwise refund".)

Fresh truffles ship Monday-Thursday, deliver Tuesday-Friday. Please allow 1 business day to process your order to ensure availability of fresh inventory. Overnight shipping refers to the time spent in transit. We usually accommodate same day shipping if orders are placed by 2 PM EST, but it can vary based on demand and inventory.

Also called "Perigord truffles", they are easily the most versatile truffles, they can be lightly cooked in rich sauces or shaved raw on your favorite pasta, eggs or risotto.

Delivery

You will receive your truffles within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. We ship this item overnight Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday deliveries. Overnight shipping refers to the time the item spends in transit, it doesn’t mean your order will be processed the day of purchasing. We aim to be as fast as possible, but with covid19 delays due to fewer international flights, our fresh truffle stock can take a bit longer than usual to be received at our warehouse. You will get a shipping notification the day before your delivery. Make sure you are home to receive and refrigerate the package.

If you need the product to use for a particular event, we highly recommend to plan on having it delivered at least one the day before, in anticipation of any possible Fedex delays that are out of our control. Trufflin is not responsible for a 24 hour Fedex delay in delivery.

Make sure you are home to receive your fresh truffles as they need to be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Please indicate your desired delivery date in the note section before checking out, or email us immediately upon purchase at info@trufflinnyc.com with your order confirmation number.

Fresh truffles cannot be delivered on Mondays as no shipping services offer express shipping over the weekend, and the item is too time-sensitive to stay in transit the entire weekend.

Saturday deliveries can be requested if you email info@trufflinnyc.com. We will do our best to accommodate you based on the product's availability and the shipping services’ ability to deliver to your area on Saturdays. Please note that Saturday deliveries are subject to an upcharge, as the $20 overnight flat fee is only for weekdays deliveries.

We recommend placing your fresh truffle order between 5-3 business days before the day you wish to use the product. We do not recommend ordering fresh truffles more ahead of time as pricing and availability may vary weekly and we may not be able to honor orders from one week to the next due to market prices constantly changing (especially during the holidays.)

If you need to delay your delivery, please email us immediately upon placing your delivery at info@trufflinnyc.com with your order confirmation number and desired delivery date.
